Looking forward to KDE 4 Posted May 5, 2006 14:13 UTC (Fri) by tjc (subscriber, #137) [Link] I think part of the idea is that there will be some short key combination that you can press / hold down to have the desktop rise up over the windows.IIRC Windows 3.x had something like this; the "desktop" was in the ALT-TAB rotation, or something like that.
