Stable kernels 2.6.16.1 and 2.6.15.7 released

The first stable update to 2.6.16 has been released; it contains almost two dozen important fixes, including some which are security-related. In keeping with recent practice, the stable team has also released 2.6.15.7, a rather smaller (but still important) patch.
