In the boot menu, append at the end of the kernel line like so...
title Fedora Core 3 disk0...
root (hd1,0)
kernel /vmlinuz-... rhgb quiet selinux=0
This will turn off selinux.
If you want to re-label the filesystem contexts manually so selinux will
not burp the next time, you can use the command "fixfiles". Check the
man page for options.
