GNOME 2.14 Release Candidate (2.13.92) Released!

My only question is, has gnome-panel's perennial (failure-to-) auto-hide bug been fixed? It used to come and go twice per release, but it's been there throughout 2.10 and 2.12. Why is this one so hard to get right?

(What bug? Simple: much of the time the panel that's supposed to auto-hide is right there in plain sight, regardless of where the pointer is.)
