The relevant thing to note is that it uses the Labeled Security
Protection Profile (LSPP). This means Mandatory Access Control (MAC) and
Multi-Level Security (MLS).
LSPP at EAL4+ is roughly comparable to B1 in the rainbow book series.
CAPP at EAL4 (which is what Windows has) is much less than that.
