  I'm releasing the 1st maintaince release for Cerberus.  I'll be taking 
primary responsibilty I'm releasing the 1st maintenance release for 
Cerberus.  I'll be taking primary responsibility for keeping ctcs 
update, and collecting bug fixes.   As the current code meets 99% my 
needs .  I won't be doing much more than refining the existing tests, 
and fixing bugs.  

   Patches are welcome.  Be sure to CC Jason Collins on any patch that 
makes major changes.

Currently Supported Platforms*:
-Red Hat 7.2 x86
-Red Hat 8.0 x86

Future Supported Platforms*:
-Yellow Dog 2.3 PPC
-Red Hat 7.2 ia64
-Red Hat 8.0 x86 /w 2.5.x kernel


*Note- The there is not any reason ctcs shouldn't run on any linux 
distro.  These are merely the intended test platforms.
