GARNOME 2.12.3.1

The "dot twelve end of the line" release.

We are pleased to announce the release of GARNOME 2.12.3.1. This release
still incorporates the GNOME 2.12.3 Desktop and Developer Platform (the
final release in the 2.12 series), fine-tuned and updated with love by
the GARNOMEies to provide the best possible 2.12 release.

It includes updates and fixes after the GNOME 2.12.3 freeze, together
with a host of third-party GNOME packages, Bindings and the Mono(tm)
Platform -- this release irons out yet-more bugs, hopefully adds
yet-more stability and ships with the latest and greatest stable
releases.
