In marked contrast to the frequent, widely hyped TCO studies footed by that big software maker, this report seems to be in good accord with reality as I have experienced it and heard about it from others whose accounts I trust (that is, who I find credible -grin-). That accordance with reality is what makes this report credible, not the source or motivations behind it.
