gedit is the offcial text editor of GNOME

gedit 2.13.2 is available for download. This is our fourth release of
the developement cycle leading to 2.14.
This new relase features two new very interesting python plugins:
- a 'Snippets' plugin by Jesse Van Den Kieboom, which allows to easily
insert text repetitive fragments, see
http://live.gnome.org/Gedit_2fSnippetPlugin for details
- an 'External Tools' plugin by Steve Frécinaux to allow to configure
and run shell commands. *Note*: this plugin is still experimental,
handle with care.
The release also depends on the freshly released gnome-vfs 2.13.4
because of some new APIs are needed by gedit.
As usual bug reports and feedback are more than welcome
