If anyone is interested, some preliminary results for Debian 3.1 have been released as well at http://gsyc.escet.urjc.es/~jjamor/research/papers/up6-3Am... .

Estimated effort: 59,536.71 person-years
Estimated schedule: 8.82 years
Estimated cost to develop: 8,043,000,000 USD
