You are forgetting or ignoring that this is a proprietary part of what is commonly recognized as an Open Source distribution. Call me cynical, but I don't think the use of the terms "free" and "accessible" in the press release is a coincidence. So it's sad to see Mandriva lending their Open Source platform as a vehicle for proprietary products, and we've got every right to say so, don't you think? No need for a lecture about the difference between "open" and "accessible", I think most of us got it the first time.
