libsndfile-1.0.2 released

Here's whats new in libsndfile-1.0.2:

  0) Support for Oki Dialogix ADPCM (.vox)
  1) Improved checking and handling of errors returned from
     system calls
  2) New and improved methods of returning errors to the calling 
     program.
  3) Bug fixes for ARM processors.
  4) Bug fix for Cygwin.
  5) Now uses version scripting (on Linux and Solaris) to 
     restrict exported functions preventing name space clashes.
  6) New demo program "cooledit-fixer" which repairs certain
     broken files generated by Cooledit 2000 on Win32.
  7) New sf_command, SFC_GET_FORMAT_INFO which is able to return a 
     string describing each major and sub format.
  8) Fixed a bug in sf_seek (file, 0 SEEK_CUR) when the previous read
     went beyond end of file.
