You can agree or disagree with his views as well as his methods. But you can't seriously doubt one thing: He is a a man of principles. If Richard says something, you bet he'll stand for it. If he said 20 years ago that something is a matter of principle, then you can rest assured that that hasn't changed in the sligthest.
