Quote of the week

When you hear voices in your head that tell you to shoot the pope, do you do what they say? Same thing goes for customers and managers. They are the crazy voices in your head, and you need to set them right, not just blindly do what they ask for.

I first thought this was about voices telling you to shoot customers and managers (as opposed to shooting the pope), whereas it's actually about *not listening to customer and managers*, just as you wouldn't listen to voices in your head!

Whew!

I dunno, shooting customers or managers occasionally might be tempting...
