Hi All,

A new release of lksctp-tools 1.0.4 is now available for download. It is
based on the latest release of linux kernel 2.6.14 and can be downloaded
from
        http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=26529

The release includes
* the following set of 4 RPM packages and 1 gzipped tar ball.
  - lksctp-tools-1.0.4-1.i386.rpm
    SCTP run-time library, sample sctp applications and
    withsctp: a tool when used with existing TCP binaries replaces
    TCP with SCTP.
  - lksctp-tools-devel-1.0.4-1.i386.rpm
    SCTP header file, source code for sample sctp applications and
    man pages.
  - lksctp-tools-doc-1.0.4-1.i386.rpm
    SCTP RFC's and internet drafts.
  - lksctp-tools-1.0.4-1.src.rpm
    Source RPM
  - lksctp-tools-1.0.4.tar.gz
    Source in tar format

The major enhancement that went into this release are the fixes to
support 32-bit SCTP apps on 64-bit kernels.

List of changes that went into lksctp-tools since 1.0.3 release
- Fix SCTP socket options to work with 32-bit apps on 64-bit kernels.
- Fix sctp_get{pl}addrs() API to work with 32-bit apps on 64-bit
  kernels.
- Add sctp_send() API support, testcases and manpage.
- Add preprocessor constants for PR-SCTP, ADDIP & CANSET_PRIMARY
- Ignore MSG_CMSG_COMPAT flag leaked to 32-bit userspace with
  64-bit kernels <= 2.6.13.

List of changes that went into linux kernel since linux 2.6.13
- Fix SCTP socket options to work with 32-bit apps on 64-bit kernels.
- Fix sctp_get{pl}addrs() API to work with 32-bit apps on 64-bit
  kernels.
- Fix SCTP_SHUTDOWN notifications for 1-1 style sockets.
