Their explicit goal is:

"Provide at least 80% library coverage for at least 80% of D/T applications by the end of ’06 "

The ones they're pretty sure they're including in the December 2005 are:
Freetype-2.1.9
gtk
XML2-2.6.19
libjpeg
libpng-1.2.8
And they'd like to add
Qt
OpenSSL
as well. That's a pretty good start.
