2.6.14-rc2-git8-bird1

	Patchset againts 2.6.14-rc2-git8 (closer to -git9, actually -
the first part of patchset is delta between -git8 and Linus' tree slightly
before -git9).

	A lot of stuff got through the patchset since the last posting,
generally it stays pretty close to mainline.

	Builds on the same set of targets.
