Is the certification with or without Internet Explorer?

Apparently Win2k has this too :-) Posted Sep 27, 2005 14:53 UTC (Tue) by pjdc (subscriber, #6906) [Link] Windows 2003's Internet Explorer ships with a restrictive default configuration that makes it almost impossible to use the Web at all, so the certification may well include IE.
