Groklaw presents chapter 19 of the online book "The Daemon, the GNU and the Penguin" by Dr. Peter Salus. This chapter is titled "Just for Fun" and covers the early history of Linux.

Chapter 18 is missing! I suspect M$. Too much reality for it.
Actually, it has some pre-dawn linux history, that few know about:
Linus "The book 'lived on my bed.'" (Tanenbaum: Operating Systems)
