Knoppix supports LVM as well. I used it to LVMize one of my systems back in the Knoppix 3.7 days, a year ago now...

Knoppix *used* to support LVM... In Knoppix 3.9, no LVM. In 3.6, there was LVM 1, probably the same in 3.7. I don't know if there are plans to add it, though...
