Here's a
Ubuntu forum posting regarding the Brazilian "digital inclusion bus."
This bus contains twelve workstations (and one server) running Ubuntu Linux; it is used to
provide training sessions on Internet use and OpenOffice. There's some
nice pictures included.

That bus seems short on windows, long on fluorescent lighting :-(

Unfortunately, the lack of windows is probably due to the need to stop
people breaking into the bus and stealing the computers. This isn't a
reflection on the honesty of Brazilians; you'd have the same problem in
any country where you were driving a vehicle full of PCs into poor areas.
