Phil's pyGame Utilities 1.1 released
Version 1.1 of Phil's pyGame Utilities, a tile and level editor,
has been announced. The Changes include:
"command line interface improved considerably - use .ini files for init". Also, version 1.0 of Phil's pyGame Library
is available.
