gnome-panel 2.10.2 ("Oula, il y avait plein de bogues...")

GNOME panel is, well, the panel in GNOME. You know, the bar you see
at the top and at the bottom of your desktop, with menus and lots
of applets on it. That's it. That's the panel.

This is the "Oula, il y avait plein de bogues..." release: it seems
2.10.1 had some serious bugs, but Mark was fantastic and saved us. I'd
like to also thank Kjartan for his nice patches and all the translators
who are very active!
