As far as I can tell, it's just that Transgaming's Cedega is being offered through Linspire's software-for-pay facility. That's mighty thin to begin with, but at least as of a few minutes ago the press release is linked to, on Transgaming's site, by a headline that says they're renewing an already-existing distribution arrangement. Which agrees with my vague memory that we've heard this before. So by my count that's your slash-grade news item for this week! :-)
