English support in KANOTIX

I haven't used KANOTIX 64, but I would be very surprised if it wasn't as bilingual as KANOTIX 32, which when booting from the LiveCD allows you to choose between German and English with German being the default. When doing a HD install, it uses the previously selected language as the default for the installed copy of the distro.

For those using UK keyboards, when booting from the Live CD you'll want to use the lang=uk cheatcode as otherwise it defaults to lang=us when selecting English.
