Draft Breezy release schedule available

A number of folks have already noticed that a schedule has been published in
the wiki:

Based on feedback from various teams during the Hoary cycle and at Ubuntu
Down Under, the new release schedule includes a number of new milestones and
freeze states.  Some background on these can be found at
http://udu.wiki.ubuntu.com/ReleaseCycle
