The 2.4.31 kernel is out

Marcelo has released the 2.4.31 stable kernel. This release follows quickly on 2.4.31-rc2, which added exactly two small fixes. 2.4.31, as a whole, does not contain much in the way of new features; the 2.4 kernel is now in a deep maintenance mode.
