Shouldn't it be 660,000? If it was really 660.00 it wouldn't be a great news! ;)

Likewise, the Europeans use a comma for the radix where we use the period. So in Europe 1.234,56 is 1,234.56 to us. Using the European format was a great way to keep other people's mitts off my calculator in college!
