Having some secret objection to C# isn't going to cut it. It is hard to garner support from open source people by displaying a closed-source mentality (the whole "we have reasons but can't talk about them" bit). It seems likely that there are legal issues involved here. If you've ever have legal issues, you know rule number one: don't talk about it.
