MandrakeSoft has released new devfsd packages fixing a problem in how ida devices are handled. The harddrake program does not display unknown hardware in the tree list and the Danish translation for the drakxtools is broken. This update for drakxtools corrects both problems. Mandrake Linux and GateD Posted Nov 5, 2002 16:34 UTC (Tue) by akukula (guest, #3862) [Link] They haven't fixed GateD which segfaults since Mandrake 8.2. And nothing changed in 9.0. I still use the one taken out of 8.1...On they website there's no clear statement "if you find a bug and want to report it, do this and that". I could precisely explain the problem, but sending mail to other available addresses yields no results, the messages disappear like in black hole :) The result is that I am unable to report more problems that I found. How the heck contact them?
