Yeah, I love BINS too, or at least the web-page generation part of it. I think bins-edit-gui leaves much to be desired though - I usually end up editing the XML files directly in emacs. I just made a start on a python program to export digikam's metadata to BINS' XML format. Hopefully I'll finish it at the weekend.
