More Mozilla Firefox 1.0.3 Release Candidates (MozillaZine)

Is there a sensible browser out there anywhere? I thought Mozilla was headed that way, but Firefox seems determined to be dumbed-down. The browser history presentation is so simplified as to be practically useless; it doesn't even show the URLs. Sometimes javascript causes Firefox to simply disappear. Bookmarking a page is a giant leap backwards in Firefox compared to Mozilla. How is it that Firefox can be rendering an image, then suddenly toss it all away for a few missing bits and proclaim it cannot display the image? Try it: catch some large image almost completely displayed and hit the stop button. Another slightly brain-damaged behavior takes place if you tell Firefox to save an image. Instead of saving the cached image, it re-downloads the same image.
