Both ia-64 users could probably live with the floating point leak on that platform (209 days of risk).

The study only covered x86, so this was (presumably) not included.

RHEL, kernel vulnerabilities, and days of risk

Both? According to IDC 30,473 ia64 servers have shipped with Linux since Q3 of 2001. 11,515 RISC servers (Power, MIPS, ALpha, SPARC, PA-RISC....) have shipped with Linux since Q1 of 99. Obviously not in the same class as the x86-32 and x86-64, but certainly substantial.
