ANNOUNCE: gnome-themes 2.10.0

gnome-themes contains several desktop themes for GNOME, including themes
for visually-impaired users, and the default desktop theme, "Simple".

Since the last 2.9.x release was only a couple of days ago, this release
contains disappointingly few changes.  None at all in fact.  Nada. Well,
except the version number.
