KUbuntu test image available

PLEASE DO NOT FILE BUG REPORTS IN BUGZILLA YET.  Send any and all feedback
to the ubuntu-devel mailing list.  This is the first set of working CD
images, and we're announcing them to the community in order to promote
testing.  They are likely to have many bugs, known and unknown.
