Metacity is a simple window manager that integrates nicely with
GNOME 2.
* What's changed ?

This is a stable release for Gnome 2.8.3.
Thanks to Elijah Newren, Sinisa Segvic, and Owen Taylor for the fix in
this release.
Fix
* Make sure window->border_only is initialized so we don't get
random windows without decorations (Elijah, Sinisa, Owen)
