German Bundestag supports software patent restart
The NoSoftwarePatents site reports
that the German Bundestag has voted unanimously in favor of a restart of
the patent directive process in Europe. An English translation of the

Well, not exactly true... Posted Feb 21, 2005 20:25 UTC (Mon) by mozart3 (guest, #19939) [Link] AFAIK the German Bundestag has _not_ voted in favor of a restart, but they have criticised the current Council version and asked the Government to call for corrections.
