you can get most of this information via yum:

if you have a stock install of fc3:
you add the extras repo to your /etc/yum.repo.d dir then run:

yum --disablerepo=base --disablerepo=updates-released info \*

That will give you a nice summary of all the packages in ONLY the extras repository.

I'd recommend outputting that to a file, though.
