gephex 0.4.2 released

On January 26th, 2005, the Gephex Project [1] released version 0.4.2 [2] 
of their modular real-time video effect framework.

0.4.2 is a bugfix and stabilization release of the 0.4 branch. It also
introduces minor feature enhancements.

Here is a list of the most important changes since 0.4.1:

      * support for frei0r plugins
      * new modules:
            o centermodule
            o pongmodule
            o timesourcemodule (useful for frei0r effects)
            o signalplotmodule (to debug the signalgenerator)
      * updated modules:
            o signal generator (refactored, support for negative
              amplitudes)
            o overlay module (new smooth overlay mode thanks to pierre)
            o capture module (v4l2 support)
            o ifs module (speedup and interface cleanup)
            o image output (gl compile fix)
            o signal generator (support for negative amplitudes)
      * graph_path, module_path, and frei0r_path now can be a list of
        directories each of which is scanned recursively
      * bug fixes ( #67, #68, #69, #70, #71, #72, #74 #75 #77 )
