Attack of the freebie software (U.S. News)
U.S. News has
an article about the increasing spread of Linux.
"... Linux may be picking up interest from end users. Erica Simon, a San Francisco State University psychology major "fed up with Windows crashing and doing weird things," switched to Red Hat Linux on a Dell notebook computer.
