Site review: Snazzy zazzybob.com (NewsForge)

NewsForge reviews the web site zazzybob.com. "What's a zazzybob? I don't know, but zazzybob.com is a Linux site that has a "particular lean" toward scripting, with a full repository of Linux and Unix scripts free for the taking under the terms of the GNU GPL. The scripts perform all sort of useful and automatic functions, like adding a user, clearing the screen, opening a bash xterm, or converting a decimal number to hex (or vice versa)."

http://www.shelldorado.com/ is another good scripting resource, although for shell scripting only.

i myself often visit zazzybob.com and get first class treatment and quick
and concise answers to my questions. for those of who are not aware of it
zazzybob (kevin waldron) is also a unix.com moderator.. THE BEST! he is
clever witty and very and quick to answer questions to anyone who is in need
of a response that requires some good background unix knowledge.. i
personally have nothing but good things to say about the site and kevin
himself who has gone out of his way many times to answer some pretty awkward
questions that I have posted.. (i am a newbie myself with one year behind me
as a "linux addict", to know that I am fortunate to have the expert advise
that I am getting from zazzybob himself that has taken me from simple awk
scripts to apache servers, pgsql, php,C and his driven a deep interest in
the open source community over a short period of time)... .
"cheers"!
