uml-patch-2.5.40-1

UML has been updated to 2.5.40.

All of the new stuff in 2.5.19-7 and -8 are in this patch, including
	the pcap network transport
	lots of network driver cleanups
	several crashes fixed
	lots of smaller bugs fixed
