SBCL 0.8.18 released

William Harold Newman has announced SBCL 0.8.18 on 28 December 2004.
This version features improvements to shared objects and FFI, support
for Solaris 10, and several bug fixes.

SBCL (Steel Bank Common Lisp) is a Common Lisp implementation based on
the CMUCL (CMU Common Lisp) sources, but it puts a greater emphasis on
maintainability.  SBCL runs under Linux, xBSD and Tru64 on x86, MacOS
X (Darwin on PowerPC), Alpha, AMD64, MIPS, PPC and SPARC CPUs.
