Package Tracking System not only for Debian developers

I'd like to mention that the PTS is not intended only for Debian developers. It is a web interface accessible to everyone and in particular to outside people who may be interested by the work going on on a particular package in Debian :

• advanced users / contributors
• upstream authors who care about the status of their software within Debian

I hope that by letting more people keeping an eye on the packages, fewer of them will be badly maintained or simply forgotten. It may also encourage people to contribute to the package.
