I have to say... Microsoft's *kind* offer to indemnify users of their crap^w software against IP Lawsuits impresses me as just a wee bit disingenuous, at best, given that Microsoft is well known as the company most likely to sue users of Microsoft crap^w software.

[shrug]

Maybe this works for people foolish enough to intentionally use Microsoft crap^w software.

Now, now. Microsoft doesn't sue its own customers. The BSA sues Microsoft's customers. Actually, they don't usually sue. They just threaten to sue, and settle, er, amicably. Of course there's no connection between MS and the BSA.
