At last, Firefox 1.0 is out. Changes since the last release candidate
consist mostly of bug fixes, but there is also an improved facility for
controlling how links opened by other applications are handled. See the release
notes for details and download information.

Is it just my ISP, or is everyone having problems getting to Mozilla.org and Mozillazine.org?
In one sense, if they underestimated the needed bandwidth that could be a good thing, but if too many people get timeout errors it won't help the cause.

My best guess: everyone using 0.9.X or 1.0PR is looking for updated extensions and themes. When Debian sid updated firefox to 1.0PR, 70% of my extensions were disabled, so it was a substantial investment of time to regain the functionality I lost.

Can anyone supply a mirror site or 2? I can't access mozilla.org to see the list of mirror sites nor (obviously) read the release notes...
