Teatime is a GNOME panel applet, that reminds you when your tea is
ready.

Rework of the configuration dialog for the drawing times
* For the sound at the end of the drawing time we now support all sound
  systems that gstreamer supports (thanks to Arnaud Patard)
* New translations to 
    French (Arnaud Patard)
    Italian (Alfredo Pironti)
    Spanish (Fernando Ossandon)
* The usual bugfixes
