Fedora Core 3 release candidate available

The Fedora hackers have made a Fedora Core 3 release candidate available for testing; they say it is very close to what the real FC3 will look like. Interested parties can find it at the Red Hat site or on this mirror.

Update: a second release candidate is out. It should be at the same Red Hat site or at this mirror site.

How different is this from the 'original' FC3-test3?

Is there a bittorrent for this release?

Does anyone have any helpful information on LVM, particuarly installing FC3 using LVM on a home system?

I did a fresh ( graphic ) install of core3 test2 and it LVM-ed things fine out of the box.

I just upgraded from FC3T3 to this RC. Most obvious changes seems to be cosmetic - default icons for folders using the original bluecurve theme, different background image, though I preferred the T3 version. Gnome menu bar on top, kernel 2.6.9 and seemingly more stable.
