Sun won't be happening. Sun's settling the case, and paying for patent licensing: We'll have to wait until the next time Kodak tries to extort money from someone for any software using remote invokation. Now, a smart person would be heading to the PTO to preemtively file a request for re-examination of these patents, a la PubPat's recent successful challenge of the VFAT patent.
