I for one appreciated the sentiment. McNealy is being a prophet for Gates, he's predicting that without Red Hat Linux will fold or some other such notion. Microsoft needs Sun more than *anybody* needs Sun, to keep the monopoly from being sued again. McNealy's Sun is in bed with the devil and will only survive as Bill Gates(of Hell) wants them to.
Right now that is the sole reason for Sun's existence, the sooner people figure that out the brighter the future will be.
